Can you redesign an existing program?
Absolutely. Many clients come to improve engagement, implementation and participant outcomes without starting from scratch.
We review what already exists, identify what is working and redesign the parts of the experience that need to be clearer, stronger or more intentional.
How long does it take to design a signature program or course?
Most projects are completed within two to four weeks for foundational strategic work, designing and launching the program can take from 4-12+ weeks depending on the scope, complexity and whether we are designing a new program or improving an existing one.
Do I need all my content before we start?
No.
Many clients come with expertise, ideas, workshop material, a coaching framework or a rough program concept. The program design process helps turn that knowledge into a structured learning experience before content creation begins.
